This was our Christmas photo from 2012.  Our sweet boy left us in January of this year so we won’t have a Christmas photo this year.  However, while there will always be a void in our hearts we are extremely thankful to be happy and healthy and even more thankful that our sweet one is not in pain.

We made several trips to East Tennessee this year to see our dear friend Bucky.  On one of the trips Brandt made his first (and last) visit to the Biltmore Estate.

Brandt enjoyed meeting the cast of “A Chorus Line” at Theatre Memphis.  They were truly amazing.  They captured the heart of the show arguably better than the revival cast on Broadway.

Opening night of ACL allowed us to enjoy a FABULOUS visit from the incomparable “Cassie”…Donna McKechnie…such a beautiful spirit and talent.

 

We had a wonderful time with great friends on the West Coast.

We not only lost Toby this year but other dear ones, as well. Our lives are richer for having had them with us.  Their spirits motivate us and keep us in the moment.  We look forward to a new year full of incredible life experiences. We have friends weddings on the calendar, Brandt is going to be a Grande Uncle in May and next year you’ll get to see the Christmas tree at the remodeled farm-house.  Stayed tuned because the house will be lovely and a good time will be had by all.
